- Ensuring precise pipe installations and maintaining pristine water supplies
- Handling tools with precision and keeping job sites clean
- Supporting lead installers on complex jobs and independently managing smaller projects

- Complete all drain cleaning, jetting, soldering, pipe threading, fixture installations, gas leak testing and repair, drain cleaning, camera diagnosis, locating, and drain cable work related to in-home service calls
- Provide camera service for every mainline stoppage within 24 hours of the report
- Know how to establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services

- Educate and assist customers on the importance of sewer repair and replacement
- Help customers select the right maintenance plan and understand warranty information
- Explain reasons for blockage and illustrate how you will resolve the issue

- Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
- Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business
- Follow Bonus/Commission guidelines
- Protect drain cleaning and camera equipment and keep a well inventoried truck
- Participate actively in all training exercises, and meetings
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans
- Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
- Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
- Maintain a clean professional appearance at all times
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, signatures, collecting, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets
- Ensure inventory records are always accurate
- Maintain an accurate physical inventory
- Use knowledge of supply house product offering, best price, strengths, and locations to maximize efficiency and save the company money
- Optimize parts request process
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure no stock outs and communicate items at risk
- Schedules or completes installations/ service with the customer and communicate with dispatch on all sold jobs
- Vehicle maintenance – complete scheduled maintenance and report issues immediately
- Completes purchase orders on each job and ensures the proper equipment is ready for the install/service
- Pull Permits as needed and coordinate inspections
- Provides support for installers during the install
- Ensure paperwork is complete and accurate
- Process the invoice in the computer system
- Be the warranty champion and own the process
- Always have the knowledge of local plumbing and drain codes and ability to make on-the-job applications
- Develop proven track record in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing and repair, drain cleaning, camera diagnosis, locating, ETC.

As a Customer Service Representative at Todaro Plumbing, your primary goal is to book service appointments and ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond in every interaction.
At Todaro Plumbing, we believe in “Plumbing with Intention,” and as a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our valued customers.
- Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments by delivering clear, compelling, and personable call scripts while following company processes and policies
- Respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and promote the Todaro Plumbing brand by establishing rapport and encouraging repeat business
- Participate in training to improve call booking skills and practice outbound calling
- Adhere to Todaro Plumbing’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably, notifying management when necessary and providing appropriate solutions within time limits
- Manage large volumes of incoming calls while generating sales leads through outbound calls and promotions
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction, building sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
- Classify, book, and dispatch calls based on profit, urgency, skill, location, and client special requests when dispatch is unavailable
- Meet personal and team sales targets and call booking quotas
- Document every conversation in CSM and ServiceTitan, responding to customer messages, emails, and correspondence in a professional, timely manner
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies with Dispatch and Management
- Complete assigned expense reports and make necessary outbound calls to ensure effective communication
- Go the extra mile to engage customers by sending gifts, thank you cards, and positive messages after services
- Maintain and update customer databases with complete and accurate information
- Respond to dispatch requests promptly and professionally
- Bring more energy than you take, maintaining a positive attitude throughout your shift
- Proven track record in customer service with strong verbal and written communication skills
- IT competent, proficient with phone systems, and a good typist
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
